Coaching Courses

In order to gain an ABAE Coaching Qualification you must be a volunteer at, and nominated by an ABAE
affiliated club – details of Home Counties’ clubs are on our contact pages.
Coaching Course fees - £150.00 (this includes both courses (Assistant & Full).

Candidates must arrive in training gear and bring with them; Pen Paper, Hook & Jab Pads and Sparring Gloves. Tea and Coffee provided but you must bring a light lunch with you.
Candidates must arrive by 9.00am for 9.30am start.

Next Full and Assistant Coaching Courses will be held at Reading ABC, Chatham St, Reading RG1 7TH  for the first week of each course and at Cheshunt ABC, Albury Ride, Cheshunt, EN8 8XF for the 2nd week of each course.

Assistant Coaching Course:
*!*!*An alternative day will be arranged to make up the course hours lost due to snow, but meanwhile please attend the second part of your course as normal on Sat 18th Feb at Cheshunt (possible rescheduled day is Sun 26th Feb).
Dates and Venues: Sat 4th, Sun 5th February at Reading Gym plus Sat 18th, Sun 19th February at Cheshunt Gym (4days in total).

Full Coaching Course:
Dates and Venues: Sat 11th, Sun 12th February at Reading Gym plus Sat 25th, Sun 26th February at Cheshunt Gym (4days in total).

Refresher:
Sunday 12th February at reading Gym.
Duration: All Day

First Aid:
Date: 25th February (9.30am start)
Cost: £30
